Member Highlight – Mike Galita

Mike began working out 2 years prior to Link. Upon joining Link Mike quickly began to understand what he was doing before was not as optimal or specific to his goals.

Since learning proper form and program design for his body type Mike is now growing more muscle, getting leaner and improving his running times for his sport without even practising running! This reduces wear and tear on joints and allows Mike to enjoy the sport of running without pain!

Being a part of the Link community provides Mike with access to knowledgeable coaches to help him ensure what he’s doing is best and being a support network of encouragement and motivation!
