When Peter joined us he had no knowledge of weightlifting at all. Being a runner he did a few exercises at the gym but didn’t get much result compared to at where he is now.

Peter is learning more and more every workout and it doesn’t stop! We are changing to a new angle, exercise or way of optimizing his workouts to be individualized.

During training, Peter has improved his technique to lift with muscle and not joints, gained and developed muscle, dropped body fat and improved his breathing.

His body is stronger and mind is firmer and overall living a healthier happier life!
