Sarah began her journey at Link a beginner. Having never weight trained before, everything was new and overwhelming! Her initial visit removed any doubts when she quickly understood the difference Link provides in helping you not only become better but learn the best way to do so!

While at Link the trainers helped Sarah have a better understanding of proper exercise form for her body, optimizing her nutrition without being restrictive and focus on consistent progress! Since starting Sarah has improved her energy, strength and overall well being.

Sarah, being a fitness business owner herself, regularly attends Links weekly continuing education so she can best help her clients navigate the overwhelming amount of fitness misinformation!
