Steve has 5+ years of training experience with a wide variety of clients, from elite level athletes to stroke survivors. Every client has specific wants, needs and goals which has pushed him to be in a constant pursuit of higher learning and to become the best trainer possible. Steves experience in incorporating functional neurology, biomechanics and strength training has helped him to not only rehabilitate many of his clients’ immediate issues, but also help create goals for themselves that they never thought were possible in their training before. There are lots of great trainers, but where most them fall behind is in what the client truly needs to reach that goal they originally set.
Having the right tools to help someone surpass a plateau, achieve strength goal or rehabilitate an injury they have had for a long time. In his time as a trainer, Steve has developed a system or methodology that can help all levels of fitness excel to and past what their goals may be. Focusing internally rather than externally. The execution of an exercise before the Intensity is something Steve believes is the key to becoming stronger, allowing you train for longer and staying injury free.
No matter the goal, execution of the exercise is the most important factor. Once the client understands what they are supposed to feel and use during an exercise, that idea transfers into any goal they might have. Whether its rehabilitating an injury, increased athletic performance or body composition, Steve can help you reach your goals.
