Below is a sample routine we provide to men looking to lose fat rapidly. Please note that these clients already have high levels of fitness, are structurally balanced meaning they can maintain perfect execution through a full range of motion on exercises like squats, deadlifts,  presses, etc.

If you are super motivated and proficient with execution, then give it a try and let us know how you feel after it! Here is the workout and provided you follow the tempo and rest periods prescribed it should take you approximately 60 minutes to complete

A1 – Incline Barbell Chest Press with Chain s 4 x 6-8 4010 10 seconds

A2 –Incline Dumbbell Chest Press 4 x 10-12 3010 90 seconds

A3 – Pec Flye Machine Mid ROM 4 x 6-8 4010 10 seconds

A4 –Pec Flye Machine Lengthen ROM 4 x 10-12 3010 90 seconds

B1 – Pull Up Upper Back Focus 4 x 6-8 4010 10 seconds

B2 – Pull Down Upper Back Focus 4 x 8-10 3010 30 seconds

B3 –Seated Cable Row Upper Back Focus 4 x 6-8 4010 10 seconds

B4 –Prone Dumbbell Row Upper Back Focus 4 x 10-12 3010 90 seconds
